Last Updated: October 28, 2025

Welcome to Udemint ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Udemint Platform, a subscription-based service that enables users to watch educational video courses aggregated from third-party sources such as Udemy.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise accessing Udemint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other supplemental policies posted on our site. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. About Udemint

5. Nature of the Service

Udemint acts as a content aggregation and proxy service. We provide access to educational content from third-party platforms by routing and optimizing data delivery for performance and cost-efficiency.

We do not:

  • Host original course files on our own servers,
  • Claim ownership over any course or media content, or
  • Grant users permanent download or distribution rights.

All educational material remains subject to the original provider's licensing terms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership

All trademarks, logos, software, and design elements of Udemint are the property of Udemint or its licensors.

All educational content displayed through the Service remains the property of their respective owners (e.g., Udemy, instructors, etc.).

6.2. License to Use

Udemint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access the Service solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may not:

  • Attempt to download, record, or cache streamed videos,
  • Use any automated tools to extract data, or
  • Circumvent any security measures.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use Udemint only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Service,
  • Share or resell your account credentials

Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

Udemint may provide links, frames, or proxied access to third-party educational resources.

We do not control or endorse the content, accuracy, or legality of such materials.

Accessing third-party content is at your own risk, and you agree to abide by the original providers' terms of use.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our Service, but we cannot guarantee continuous uptime.

Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party restrictions may temporarily disrupt access.

Udemint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or content at any time without liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Udemint makes no representations or guarantees that:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted,
  • All proxied content will remain accessible indefinitely, or
  • The information displayed will be accurate, current, or complete.

All educational materials are provided "as received" from their original sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udemint, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Service,
  • Unauthorized access or data breaches,
  • Third-party claims regarding content use, or
  • Legal actions from external content providers.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Udemint and its affiliates from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service, or
  • Violation of these Terms

13. Termination of Service

Udemint reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms,
  • Deny access to the Service for legal, technical, or operational reasons, or

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

14. Privacy and Data

Your use of Udemint is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

By using Udemint, you consent to such data collection and processing.

15. Changes to the Terms

Udemint may update or revise these Terms at any time.

When changes occur, we will post an updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
